Structure Demolition and Site Clearing in Sedro-Woolley

Structure Demolition and Site Clearing in Sedro-Woolley

Janicki General Contracting completed the demolition of an aging unused church structure that had become structurally unsound and required asbestos abatement in Sedro-Woolley. Our team managed the entire removal process, starting with utility capping and the systematic teardown of the wood-framed structure along with excavating the concrete foundation. By removing the building, the church eliminated ongoing property tax expenses on unusable space while creating a safer environment for its congregation and community. The project is a great example of how strategic demolition can reduce long-term costs, improve safety, and potentially prepare a property for future opportunities.
