Creekside is a 66-unit townhome project for RJ Group, and Janicki General Contracting is handling everything from preparing the land to building the homes. The project is expected to take about two years and includes site clearing, installing utilities, and building new roads and parking areas before moving on to the construction of the townhomes. We got started in July 2026 and are currently working through the civil development stage, with sewer work complete and permitting underway. We’re excited to see this new neighborhood take shape as we move from groundwork to home construction.
